Returns & Refunds

Free returns within 7 days

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, not as described, or the wrong item was sent.

Returns for these reasons are free β€” the seller covers the return shipping.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, accessories and free gifts included.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required for every return.

Items that can't be returned

For hygiene and safety, some items cannot be returned unless faulty β€” including innerwear, earrings, cosmetics and personal-care products, and perishable goods.

Customised or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once the seller receives and inspects your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or your Sellub wallet, whichever you choose.

Shipping & Delivery

Order processing

Orders are confirmed once payment is received and are typically processed by the seller within 1–2 business days.

You'll get an update when your order is handed to the delivery partner.

Delivery times

Within Accra and other major cities: 1–3 business days.

Other regions across Ghana: 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the delivery partner.

Delivery fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the seller's location, and the size of your order.

Some sellers offer free delivery on eligible orders β€” this is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment on delivery

Where a seller supports it, you can pay with cash or mobile money when your order arrives.

Availability of pay-on-delivery is shown at checkout.

These are Sellub's standard policies. Individual sellers may offer their own terms.
